How It Works
Choose your bundle, place your order, and send us your logo or artwork with your order number. We’ll review your design, confirm the decoration details, and provide an artwork proof for approval before production.

What’s Included
Each Custom Closeout is sold as one complete bundle, with the products, colors, sizes, quantities, and custom decoration specified in the listing.
These are surplus blank products that we’ll customize for you. Bundles are offered as listed; splitting quantities, substituting items, or adding matching pieces may not be possible.
Artwork & Decoration
Send your original, highest-quality artwork whenever possible. If you’re unsure whether your file will work, send what you have and we’ll guide you.
For embroidery bundles, the included stitch allowance applies to each item. Designs that exceed that allowance, additional decoration locations, and artwork preparation or digitizing may carry additional charges unless included in the listing. We’ll discuss any extra costs with you before proceeding.
Please review your proof carefully, including spelling, design details, size, colors, and placement.
Production & Shipping
Most orders are ready approximately two weeks after final order details and artwork are approved. Timing can vary with the products, design, and our production schedule. Shipping time is additional.

Returns & Order Support
Because your bundle is customized for you, decorated merchandise is generally nonreturnable. Please check the listed products, sizes, colors, and quantities carefully before purchasing.
Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if anything isn’t correct—ideally within two to three days of receipt. We’ll review the issue with you and help resolve it.
